School History

In the Spring of 2002 a group of Christians, fervently committed to Christian education in Northwest Arkansas, prayed and made a covenant with God and area families to establish a Christian school for 4-year-old prekindergarten through eighth grade students; thus forming New Covenant Christian Academy. Continuing in the spirit of commitment and vision begun by the founders of Benton County Christian School in 1975, New Covenant's supporters determined that the school's mission would be one of equipping young people to influence their world for Christ.

In the summer of 2003, NCCA moved to its current location on S. 13th Street in Rogers, Arkansas.  The facility has three classrooms (with the potential for four), a computer lab/library, assembly room, offices, and lunchroom.  There is a fenced in playground area for prekindergarten and kindergarten age children.  Currently, older students play in a safe, designated area with plans underway for the establishment of a structured playground.

The school serves families from numerous conservative, evangelical Christian churches in Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri. New Covenant Christian Academy is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and Christian Schools International (CSI).
