ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

New Students:

  1. Submit completed application form with application and testing fees.

  2. Schedule tour and complete testing for grade placement.

  3. Submit completed registration forms, including Student Health Form, Medical Authorization Form, Transcript Request Form, state-issued birth certificate, current immunization record, Credit Report Application, and Master Contract along with ½ of registration/supply fee.

  4. Schedule interview with administrator.

  5. Upon receipt of official Acceptance Letter, schedule an appointment and meet with financial officer to complete Financial Contract and remit balance of registration/supply fee.

Returning Students:

  1. Submit completed re-registration forms, including Student Health Form, Medical Authorization Form, current immunization record, and Master Contract.

  2. Meet with financial officer to complete Financial Contract and set up billing of registration/supply fee.
